There always seems to be a flood of information on what the latest interior trends are hot at the moment, but not so much for exterior!
Amazing use of different materials used in this outdoor kitchen!
- Textures– the use of different textures on your home’s exterior facade is really popular. It creates an interesting focal point and great street appeal. Popular use of textures combined together are using a mix of brick and or render and Scyon linea board.
- Colours– Neutral pallettes are still popular and will never date. The use of greys, beiges, white and off white create a timeless appeal to your facade. The use of a mixture of these shades is very common and looks fabulous especially when combining different materials as well
- Roof line– Either a classic roof line or the skillion roof line and not much in between for Wagga Wagga! Our classic “Hamptons” inspired display home combines the popular James Hardie Scyon linea board, with a neutral shade of 1/4 strength Dune (Dulux) to create timeless appeal. You can see more of our display home here A great way to get an idea of what you like the look of is to drive around the newly built suburbs and see what appeals to you in styles and colour’s. www.pinterest.com also has an abundance of ideas and pictures…be warned though there is soooo many beautiful pictures to look at the hours can just slip away!
A great use of different textures used in both these homes. Using different shades of grey in the paint scheme and both teamed with a skillion roof. The both ooze class and sophistication and an abundance of street appeal.
