A introduction to the Tatton tri level split home.

When Adam and Fleur came to us with their sloping block in Atherton, we had to design a plan that worked with the slope, still gave them everything on their must have list and most importantly – stayed in their budget. Nathan came up with the idea of splitting the home into 3 levels heading down the block. Fleur loved this idea and went home that night and designed her floor plan. Fleur brought it back the next day and we got the ball rolling with our architect.

The top level includes the double car garage, entry, main three way bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a HUGE walk in linen closet – lots of storage was on Fleur’s must have list.

The second level has the master suite, WIR, ensuite, study, powder room, 1 other bedroom and the home theatre/2nd living.

The lower and final living is where Adam, Fleur and their family will enjoy everyday life. The lower level has the living, dining, kitchen, WIP, laundry and a second walk in linen cupboard. Stacker doors open up onto a huge Alfresco of 48sqm.

“Standing on the lower level looking up you can see the middle and top levels”

The rain has held us up on this job, with the 3 slabs taking about 4 weeks to get down. But to ensure we could get this house up and going as soon as the final slab was poured we had the frames and trusses ready to go and we had these up in 2 days.

Next up is the roof, windows and bricks.

Here are some photos that were kindly sent to us by Fleur.
