We are excited because this home was built for a first home buyer, who like most first home buyers, only ever dreamed of being able to build her first home. Brooke has proven that with careful colour selections, you can design and build a beautiful home with a first home buyers budget. 

Brooke came to us looking for a house and land package suitable for a first home buyer – but with all the modern features you’d expect in a larger home. We had a number of packages for her to choose from. In the end, it was the brilliantly designed Chevron that won her over. And we’re weren’t surprised – the Chevron is our most popular plan! Brooke stuck to her budget and chose most of her products and selections from our generous and high quality inclusions*. The one major upgrade was the stone bench tops in the kitchen which were an excellent choice.
