Of course, talking to us before going to the bank may lead to a result you were hoping to avoid, but there certainly is no harm in having a chat about what you would like to build. We can show you houses to suit all different kinds of budgets so you can easily see what you can and can’t afford.

Or alternatively, you can visit your bank first to see how much you can comfortably borrow and then visit to chat with us. We can then design a plan to fit within your budget.
