We love a great challenge here and there and this one certainly was one! It does not get much better than this, getting spectacular views but also having the luxury of driving straight into a flat garage. We are in love with how this facade came together, the monument roof matches perfectly with the external lighting and front door handle contrasting well with the surfmist linea cladding. The main living area is the major statement of the house, situated at the back of the house receiving arguably the best views in Wagga.

This Family/Dining/Living space is to die for! How gorgeous is this industrial exposed raked ceiling! The natural light throughout this space is incredible you could sit in this room all day.
Loving the VJ panelling splashback to the vanity, it brightens this room and draws attention to the feature circle mirror!
Classic white laundry. Again the natural sunlight brightens this room perfectly! You can never have too much natural light!

Due to the slope of the block on which this beautiful house was built on this house had 2 floor levels. The bottom level underneath the majority of the house provides another area to escape from the main living areas on the top floor, with a second alfresco area, entertaining for the whole family became easier!
