Another client handover took place last week and we couldn’t have been more delighted with the completed home. The ‘Springvale Beauty’ was a project we thoroughly enjoyed and always gained a lot of attention over on our Facebook page. Built over the summer months, without being delayed by wet weather meant we had a easy and stress free build for our clients.

Bec and Dave purchased the house and land package as soon as we advertised. We had a feeling the package wouldn’t last long and we were right! Being one of the very last flat blocks in the Tatton subdivision meant that buyers would be keen. Advertised with ‘The Josephine’ plan, Bec and Dave modified the plan to suit their large family. The end result was 6 bedrooms, 2 living, study, 2.5 bathrooms, WIP and a massive laundry/mudroom. Oh and a pool!

The hub of every home is the kitchen. This galley style kitchen features dark grey stone bench tops, laminex cupboards, 900mm freestanding oven, bin drawer and open shelving. Behind the door is a large walk in pantry.

A custom study off the main living area provides a space where the kids can do their homework, while Bec and Dave cook dinner not too far away if the kids need help.

One of many clever storage ideas Bec used was to put some large deep drawers her pantry. These drawers are perfect to hide items you may not want to display or to store the many canvas bags we collect these days from the supermarkets.

Entering in from the garage you will see the pidgeon hole wall. This turned a otherwise empty space into a wall full of useful shelving. Perfect for a large family. Store shoes, wet weather gear, sports bags and other items needed frequently.

The custom vanity in the ensuite is one if the longest we have ever seen! So much storage!

Bec made the decision to use the same tile in both bathrooms. This is a great way to ensure the design of the home flows and everything matches.
