Client handovers are one of the best parts of our job. After working together with our client and forming a relationship over the duration of the build, it is a delight to had them the keys to their brand new home. In Laura’s case, it was her very first home – even more special. 
Laura came to us and purchased her home off the plan. We had already started construction, but Laura still had enough time to select her own colours, finishes and upgrades. And we think she did a wonderful job. Her home is one of our favourites to date.

Her chosen exterior colours are a popular combination.
Roof and gutter – Monument.
Fascia – Surfmist.
Windows – Surfmist.
Hebel – Shale Grey.

Exterior upgrades included a wood look panel garage door and a Hebel letter box to match. Seeing as the home was in a water wise suburb, the front turf is artificial. Laura chose to use the same artificial turf in the back yard as well. Green, low maintenance turf all year round.

Inside, Laura upgraded a few features. Laura added recesses in both of the showers, one for the TV in the living and one in the entry. Laura upgraded her ensuite vanity to a custom made one and decided on a black kitchen tap. She also added tiling to the ceiling in the bathrooms. Laura also decided on custom made cabinetry for her living room.

A clever feature in the laundry was the addition of a rod above the sink. It was a great idea in a otherwise wasted space and will be perfect for drying delicate clothing or just trying to dry normal clothing in Wagga’s cold winters.
